• In the high season (July to August) we offer minimum 6-day stays, in June we offer a minimum 4-day stay.
• From September to May, the minimum stay is 2 days.
• Check-in from 4 pm.
• Check out by 11 am.
• Person who rents the cottage is obligated to show his/ her ID. In case of refusal, the staff have to refuse to give the keys or provision of services.
• People, who are not guests (The accommodation hasn’t been paid), are not allowed to stay in Zacisze Dąbrowa.
• The condition for reservation is an advance payment of 20% of the amount due for the stay. The remaining part of the payment is made on the day of guests' arrival (payments - in cash)
• In case of resignation from the stay, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• Preliminary booking is made by sending an application to the e-mail address or by phone 600125983, providing the following data:
  • Full name
  • the number of guests with an indication of whether it is an adult or a child
  • exact date of stay
• After receiving the initial booking confirmation, the customer is obliged to make an advance payment within 2 days. Making a reservation and making an advance payment is synonymous with accepting the provisions of these regulations by the guest, who is obliged to send the transfer confirmation to the e-mail address.
• Changing the period of stay consisting in shortening the stay by later arrival or early departure does not change the payment of the amount due for the previously declared and booked stay.
• Zacisze Dąbrowa has the right to not receive a guest who grossly violates the regulations or damages accommodation or other guest’s possession, cause damage to people ( Staff, Guests or person who spends time in Zacisze Dąbrowa or disturbed the peace of the object or guests.
• On the day of arrival, a returnable deposit in the amount of 800zlotys must be paid. It is refundable on the day of departure, after checking the completeness of the equipment and the cottage.
• Guests will be charged and incurred criminal or civil liability for damages of items and devices that they caused.
• After receiving the keys, we recommend making sure that the equipment and condition of the cottage are as described, in the case of any deficiencies or defects please report them.
• The guest may be charged for the items which are missing and was not reported to the staff. The value will be calculated according to current prices of the item or service.
• Before checking out the equipment and condition of the cottage will be checked.
• For the sake of safety when you are away from cottage, all windows should be closed and no electrical appliances should be left on (in particular, an electric kettle, oven or induction hob).
• Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am.
• We do not accept underaged and youth groups.
• Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety rules.
• Starting the fire or barbecue in place which is not prepared for it is forbidden. Use of pyrotechnics, lantern and fireworks etc. is also forbidden.
• It is unacceptable to have a barbecue on the terrace of the house.
• Guests using the fireplace or grill are obliged to leave the area clean after smoking or grilling. Guests organize charcoal or briquettes on their own.
• The guest is obliged to use the house in accordance with its properties and intended use. Please do not move furniture at home.
• Parking cars are available in the places which are indicated.
• There is no smoking ( Cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products) policy in this accommodation. In case of breaking that rule the guest will be overcharged for dearmoatization of the room ( 300- 800 PLN).
• The small dogs are allowed on the condition that you warn the receptionist and receive consent. Owners are obligated to have current vaccination booklet, clean the uncleanness, take for a walk outside of the object aera. The dog has to have leash. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage to the house and damage caused by animals.
• In connection with the amendment to the act we ask the guests to segregate the rubbish according to the scheme: glass, paper, bio, plastic and metal. There are garbage containers in the yard into which properly sorted waste should be placed in bags. Failure to comply with the above obligation will result in PLN 300 being deducted from the deposit for additional cleaning.
• We are not responsible for valuables and money left in the cottages and in the resort.
• The user of the facility has no right to turn on/off electrical devices (especially the central furnace heating) or change the set parameters without the consent of the Facility Lessor.
• The guest is obliged to maintain and return the house in its existing condition including in particular leaving washed dishes, kitchen equipment and barbecue, emptying the fridge of food and leaving it in perfect condition, throwing away garbage, sweeping the floor,s as well as leaving the surroundings of the house in its existing condition. Failure to comply with the above obligation will result in PLN 400 being deducted from the deposit for additional cleaning.
• Guests are obliged to use the sauna and jacuzzi in accordance with generally accepted standards and rules regarding their use. You must remove your shoes before entering. Only healthy people or people whose ailments do not constitute contraindications can use the jacuzzi and sauna. Guests are responsible for the health effects of staying in the jacuzzi and sauna at their own risk.
• In the event of losing the house keys, the Tenant is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100, and if the remote control for the entrance or garage gate is lost, it is PLN 200.
• The Landlord is not responsible for temporary inconvenience occurring at independent suppliers caused by e.g. temporary lack of electricity, water or Internet.
• Matters not included in the regulations are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
